The average price of a house in Dundee has exceeded £200,000 for the first time, according to an estate agent. RSB Lindsays said there had been a 13% rise in sale prices across the city over the last 12 months, meaning homes are now, on average, £24,000 more expensive.

Graham Blair, mortgages director at Bank of Scotland, said: “Ann Street in the beautiful city of Edinburgh tops the most expensive list, setting wealthy buyers back almost £1.7 million on average.

Dundee's research is highly rated by the most recent Research Excellence Framework (2022), which assesses the quality and impact of research submitted by universities across the UK. Furthermore, 84% of the University's research was found to be 'world leading' or 'internationally excellent'.
